Return Policy

At Abuja Homeware Solutions, we are committed to delivering quality household items that meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be fair and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 2 working  days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Clearance or discounted items marked “Sale”.

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.

  • Perishable or hygienic items (e.g., towels, bed linens once unsealed).

  • Custom or special-order products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit, or

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or model),

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and photos if needed.

  3. We’ll guide you through the return process and coordinate pickup or drop-off based on your location.

  4. Once approved and received, we will process your refund or exchange within 1–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer's preference.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Standard delivery within Abuja is within 1–2 working days.

  • Nationwide delivery is available within 3–7 working days, depending on location.

  • We use third-party logistics partners; hence, delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Customer Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts for suspicious or abusive behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms (images, descriptions, logos) is the property of Abuja Homeware Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide high-quality goods and service, Abuja Homeware Solutions shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics.

  • Minor color or size variations due to screen display or handmade nature.

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

We respect your privacy. Customer data is used solely for processing orders and improving service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.
